Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitor the progression of the project and ensure conformity to design specifications and safety standards.
∎ Regularly update Head of Department and the Management about the progress of the project.
∎ Ensure the electrical works of different projects in accordance with work schedule and approved design.
∎ Ensure electrical materials quality, construction quality, minimization of wastage at all levels of project implementation through effective supervision.
∎ Ensure compliance with consultant’s specification and requirements.
∎ Maintain effective communication with consultants, contractors, site offices and head office.
∎ Verify contractor’s submitted bills.
∎ Assist the BOQ team if needed.
∎ Provide and supervise electrical requisitions from project sites.
∎ Frequent site visit and overall supervision and coordination of the project.
∎ Awareness of construction law and labor law and safety measures.
∎ Perform other duties assigned by Line Manager and management as and when required.
