∎ Age 18 to 60 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Preparation Bill of quantity (BOQ), Estimation & Costing and Budgeting of difference construction project.
∎ Planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation and evaluation of site work for completion of any work as per schedule.
∎ Quality control all RCC & Finishing work.
∎ All kinds of finishing work supervision like electric, plumbing, tiles work, and paint work.
∎ Quality control of all construction work.
∎ Ensuring safety measures and checked sub constructor bills.
∎ Prepares a weekly status report for executed work and submits it to reporting Project Manager for the review.
∎ Quality controls of all kind of construction materials
