Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering, Diploma in Engineering in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understanding of Basic Civil functions e.g. civil working drawing, Site preparation, Ground leveling, soil testing, form work, concrete foundation, building construction, special knowledge about finishing work and handling, implementing construction projects etc.
∎ Prepare BOQ, high level budget etc. according to the Architectural and Structural design.
∎ To supervise construction works.
∎ Ensure erection / construction work.
∎ Assuring quality of erection / construction work.
∎ Managing site supervisor and labors / contractors.
∎ Communication with corporate office regarding implementation works.
∎ Reporting to MD.
∎ Checking received materials.
∎ Preparing construction plan and follow up the plan.
∎ Capable to store maintain.
∎ Knowledge about finishing work.
∎ Basic knowledge about Interior Design works.
∎ To carry out other tasks as assigned by the management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 30000 - 40000 (Monthly)
