Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in civil engineering from reputed institute/ BUET Engineer will be preferable.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The candidate should have clear concept/idea/experience in Structural and Construction work
∎ The Candidate should have experience in construction of high rise office/commercial/Factory Accord Alliance buildings.
∎ The candidate will be responsible to implement project as per design and variation, if any
∎ Ensure completion of project on time and within allocated budget.
∎ Strong follow up and persuasive skills
∎ Ability to run the construction project independently
∎ Responsible for leading the Project/ Construction
∎ Provide timely feedback or report to the management on project related performance
∎ Capable to run the complete construction management
∎ Able to prepare work and project completion schedule
∎ Ensure work done at site as per design and drawing
∎ Project store and stock maintenance
∎ Any other task assigned by management
∎ Directly supervise the team & provide timely feedback to Management on project related performance.
∎ Capable to run the whole construction team to get the job done out of them.
∎ Ensure adequate manning to complete the project within time.
∎ Participate in Quality Control of the project.
∎ To give much more emphasize to complete the project in time.
∎ Ensure work done at Site as per design & drawing.
∎ Solving construction difficulties & carry out cost estimation.
∎ Cooperation with design, marketing, procurement and accounts departments.
∎ Ability to run Auto cad software for any drawing design.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5-10 yrs Experience for BSC Engineer.
∎ The Candidate should have working experience in respective field in well reputed real estate/ Construction Company.
∎ Well conversant with 3D max, Sketch up, MS Office applications, AutoCAD, internet browsing etc.
∎ Candidate must have knowledge about Accord Alliance Rules and Regulation and also have physical Experience to build Garments Factory & Green Washing Factory.

Salary: Negotiable
