Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Construction cost estimation, site supervision
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understand all construction drawings and accordingly drawings should execute in the field.
∎ Able to prepare the estimate of all the civil construction work from the drawings.
∎ Field based site supervision and management of large construction works.
∎ Perform regular quality check.
∎ Measure amounts and produce bill of quantity Supervise and manage contractors labors Lead and manage contractors labors.
∎ Follow the guidance of site manager and above.
∎ Working ability under the pressure
∎ To coordinate with Consulting Engineer /Architect for smooth execution of the project.
∎ To prepare BOQ, work schedule etc.
∎ Time to time follow up for material requisition, material receiving & material QC.
∎ To prepare material consumption statement.
∎ To prepare project progress plans & making regular monitoring of actual progress of the project.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management time to time.
