Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering
∎ Diploma in Civil from any reputed Polytechnic Institute.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Being on the construction site in Cox’s Bazar constantly in order to ensure that set standards are followed.
∎ Maintain good communication with client, office, and different authority.
∎ Be able to prepare construction project Bill of Quantities (BOQ), Material of Quantities (MOQ), Quotation, Estimation and Budgeting.
∎ Collect, preserve & have a clear concept of all approved drawings, designs, specifications and estimate.
∎ Planning, coordinating, recommending, and implementing the construction designs and work progress.
∎ Formulating the construction & maintenance plan and determining the working priorities.
∎ Ensuring that the work is completed on time and as per the set budget.
∎ Focusing on safety and ensuring that all workers adhere to set safety standards.
∎ Determining work methods that result in improved efficiency and productivity in the workplace.
∎ Supervising the economical completion of the project.
∎ Ensuring the quantity & quality of materials received and used.
∎ To place a report to the concerned authority from time to time.
∎ Ensuring that the reports records, timesheets, and invoices are approved by the authorities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Civil Construction, Estimate Project Management, Site Engineer, Site Management, Supervision
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Engineering Firms
∎ Highly skilled in project management and quality construction with minimum cost and time.
∎ Be good at using Auto-CAD, MS-Excel, MS-Word and other project oriented software.
∎ Experience in civil construction, project management and Estimate in engineering sector.

Salary: Negotiable
