∎ Analytical and critical-thinking skills to solve on-site issues and improve processes.

∎ Educational Qualification: B.Sc. / Diploma in Civil Engineering from a reputed university / Institute.

∎ Experience Requirement: Minimum 01 to 05 years of relevant experience in civil engineering, including project planning, execution, and supervision.

∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Plan, design, and supervise construction projects, ensuring adherence to specifications, safety standards, and quality control.
∎ 2. Prepare, review, and modify engineering designs, blueprints, and technical drawings using AutoCAD.
∎ 3. Conduct project site visits to monitor progress, ensure compliance with plans, and address challenges.
∎ 4. Prepare project budgets, schedules, and reports, ensuring timely delivery within allocated resources.
∎ 5. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
∎ 6. Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards at all project stages.
∎ 7. Manage construction documentation and maintain accurate project records.
∎ 8. Conduct technical analyses and provide actionable recommendations for improving efficiency and quality.
