Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Should have good knowledge of architectural drawing, Structural design, electrical and plumbing drawing, etc.
∎ Candidate should be Smart, Self-Motivated and Energetic person.
∎ Auto Cad ,2D, 3D, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote.
∎ The candidate must have good knowledge on Civil construction process, Relevant Information: equipment, methodology, developing process etc.
∎ Should be able to handle construction team on site.
∎ Should have knowledge about Steel Structure & Civil works product.
∎ Ensure quality of civil work carried out as per design and specification.
∎ Ability to understand any kind of civil drawing, estimating and costing, final billing etc.
∎ Should have experience in costing, preparing bill of quantity of materials of the construction project.
∎ Should be able to prepare Construction relevant Document: periodical report, technical report, status report etc.
∎ Ability to effectively read and understand construction drawings.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise and monitor all construction works to ensure the progress of construction as per drawing and other relevant documents.
∎ Preparing estimates, checking requisition lists, ensuring quantity & quality, and stock control.
∎ Prepared Estimation of Materials & BOQ as per drawing.
∎ Have to take responsibility for solving all the site-related issues after coordinating with appropriate authorities.
∎ Maintain and enforce good construction standards and quality control.
∎ Should be capable of developing & implementing systems, quality construction & strengthening the team.
∎ Coordination for on time materials delivery
∎ Ensure the safety of the project.
∎ Client maintaining
∎ Any other task assigned by the management
