Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from any reputed University preferably from BUET/KUET/CUET/RUET/IUT.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to and leading a project team.
∎ Ensure all projects are delivered on time according to requirements and without exceeding budget.
∎ Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations.
∎ Drawing up a detailed plan for how to achieve each stage of a project.
∎ Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be meet.
∎ Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies.
∎ Resolving any issues or delays related construction of the project.
∎ Hire & manage contractors/subcontractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities.
∎ Evaluate progress and reporting regularly on progress to the management.
∎ Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues.
