∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering from any Government Polytechnic Institute.

∎ Experience:
∎ (i) Multistoried Building Construction Site Experience-6 years
∎ (ii) Minimum one (B+G+9) storied residential building construction (A-Z) work. Incumbent must have experience in structural and finishing work, basement construction, estimating and forecasting on construction materials, cost management, co-ordination with project team and contractors/vendors/consultant, submission of progress report to authorities, confident and independent in decision-making.
∎ Job location: Ranavola Road, Besides Uttara-10, Dhaka-1230.
