Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering (Public Polytechnic Institute will be preferable)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise construction work as per the design and schedule
∎ Prepare estimate of structural, finishing and sanitary & plumbing works.
∎ Preparing bills, MPR (Material purchase requisition).
∎ Handling manpower of construction site.
∎ Liaising with other engineers and sub-contractors.
∎ All other relevant duties as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strictly monitoring about wastage control.
∎ Submit regular report to immediate supervisor.
∎ Specialized on finishing work and finishing materials of building construction.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skill.
∎ Computer knowledge in Ms Word, Excel, Auto Cad.
