Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design, construct, manage and maintain water grid and pipe networking construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner
∎ Visit and carry out maintenance work of the existing sites.
∎ Carry out technical and feasibility assessments
∎ Prepare BOQ & cost assessment
∎ Conduct on site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other)
∎ Manage budget and purchase equipment/materials
∎ Assess potential risks, materials and costs
∎ Provide advice and resolve any emerging problems/deficiencies creatively
∎ Instruct and guide contractors, workers and liaise with a variety of stakeholders
∎ Handle over the resulting structures and services for use
∎ Monitor progress and compile reports in project status
∎ Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc. and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required
Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven work experience of a minimum of 3 years in civil engineering
∎ Experience in water grid construction & pipe networking is strongly desired
∎ Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with high level of accuracy
∎ Familiarity with design software such as AutoCAD, Autodesk, Civil 3D etc.
∎ Knowledge of map creation & photo imaging software
∎ Excellent time management skills to ensure project deadlines are met
∎ Leadership skills to effectively manage a diverse group of professionals
∎ Strong communication & interpersonal skill
Salary: Tk. 50000 - 80000 (Monthly)
