Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering in Civil

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage all construction work as per the projected time with due attention to rate analysis through proper market survey.
∎ Ensure quality of construction work and monitoring of all project activities
∎ To prepare material and cost estimation
∎ Identify the problem area and provide appropriate solution for all services.
∎ Develop work plan and follow up its execution and provide feedback to the reporting authority.
∎ Supervise and implement of safety precautions and take necessary actions to prevent accidents.
∎ Assuring quality of construction work
∎ Managing site supervising work and monitoring labor force
∎ Ensure the whole work to be executed as per drawing design and specification with specified time frame
∎ Ensure site safety and security
∎ Prepare daily activities report and next day work program
∎ Monitor the used materials to be in correct location with maintaining proper workmanship
∎ To look after the materials are used without unnecessary wastage and pilferage
∎ Prepare materials cost and BOQ
∎ Report to immediate higher authority for solving the problem at site
∎ Checking stock materials at store on urgent basis
∎ Any other tasks by the superior from time to time Maintaining safety and security of the site.
∎ Capability to understand drawing and prepare estimate of the project as per guidance of his superior.
∎ Preparing indent for materials to be used in the project.
∎ ethics.
∎ Any other task as assigned by supervisor time to time

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 4-6 years of relevant work experience in high-rise commercial building construction
∎ Demonstrable track record in the delivery of large educational, residential or commercial projects encompassing civil/structural works.
