∎ Diploma in Civil in Civil Engineering, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Civil Construction, Construction engineering, Construction site
Job Responsibilities:
∎ A clear understanding of civil engineering drawing/design, layout plan, site preparation, ground leveling, soil testing, foundation and implementing knowledge on construction projects etc.
∎ Check of all construction (RCC & Steel structure) works at site by attending the work place during the job execution to meet the expected quality.
∎ Maintain updated records of construction materials, and delivery information and maintain stock status at site.
∎ To produce and upkeep the daily/weekly/monthly progress report as per management requirement.
∎ To manage construction labor and sub-contractors for civil, electrical, plumbing and other work.
∎ Very good in 'Team Work'.
∎ Check the layout and drawing of different plans by using AutoCAD.
∎ Maintain site observation and monitoring books.
∎ Quickly prepared in any project BOQ.
∎ Any other task as assigned by the Management.
