∎ Have strong organization and coordination ability, strain capacity, and be able to handle the relationship between all parties on the construction site.
∎ 5. Have a sense of responsibility and can withstand high intensity work pressure.
∎ Good English speaking and writing skills.
∎ Able to accept the nature of long-term work on the construction site.
