∎ Age 24 to 27 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ · Supervising of all interior construction work at site and ensure expected quality.
∎ · Ensuring work done at site as per drawing and within schedule time.
∎ · Studying architectural drawings to find out any dissimilarity/Deviation for correction from respective departments.
∎ · Collecting quotation and preparing comparative statement.·        Negotiating with contractors/vendors regarding rate of the work and materials.
∎ · Must have knowledge on variation of boards and interior materials.
∎ · Ensuring the quality of materials at site.
∎ · Candidates having relevant work experience in Real Estate Company are strongly encouraged to apply.
∎ · Prepare specifications, detail drawings, cost estimation, and analysis from drawings and plans.
∎ · Estimating the cost of a project, including materials, labor, and other costs, as well as.
∎ · Maintain project expenditure control to avoid cost overruns.
∎ · Day-to-day site management, including supervising and monitoring site contractors and vendors to maintain project control.
∎ · To review project progress at various stages and provide guidance to relevant staff to complete the project on time.
∎ · Be knowledgeable and skilled in all types of finishing work.·        Capable of creating and maintaining a project work bar chart.
∎ · Ability to work with multiple discipline projects Project management and supervision abilities.
∎ · Decision-making and leadership abilities.
∎ · Time management and organization abilities.
∎ · Any other responsibilities assigned by management.
