∎ Diploma in civil engineering (Only male) from any recognize government polytechnic institute.
∎ 4 to 6 years of experience as a site engineer or an equivalent role. (Age 28 to 32)
∎ Experience with Microsoft Office (Bengali and English drafting skill), AutoCAD and other software.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Objectives of this role
∎ Supervising and managing construction projects. Reporting project updates, Analyzing and interpreting engineering drawings, Allocating resources, materials and equipment, Monitoring project costs, providing technical guidance and expertise to resolve construction-related challenges.
∎ Job responsibility
∎ a. Oversee and manage construction activities at the site, ensuring adherence to project
∎ specifications, codes and safety regulations.
∎ b. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues and
∎ ensure compliance with engineering and design requirements.
∎ c. Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, architects and subcontractors to
∎ ensure timely project completion.
∎ d. Analyze and interpret engineering technical drawings to plan and execute construction
∎ activities.
∎ e. Coordinate the procurement and delivery of construction materials, ensuring their
∎ compliance with company standards.
∎ f. Identifying potential risks and implementing preventive measures to minimize project
∎ delays, cost overruns and safety hazards.
∎ g. Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, site diaries,
∎ change orders and quality control measures.
∎ h. Strong knowledge of construction regulations.
∎ i. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with effective communication with
∎ management.
∎ j. Ability to work effectively in a team and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
∎ k. Attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results.
