∎ Skills Required: Autocad 2d, Civil Construction works, Construction Estimating, Good at Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Construction Materials, Cosntruction Site, Material Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise site construction.
∎ Understand the detailed drawing and specifications and execute according.
∎ Monitoring construction activities on the site, shuttering checks, casting supervision & rebar binding check.
∎ Performing field tests to ensure material quality and correspond with testing authorities.
∎ Monitoring materials stocks and providing purchase requisitions.
∎ Communicate with management, consultants, contractors and vendors.
∎ Writing office notes, documentation & progress reports.
∎ Construction work monitoring.
∎ Cost estimation.
∎ Overall supervision & maintain quality control.
∎ Site and design coordination.
∎ Monitoring of safety measures at site and materials inventory control.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management.

∎ Age at least 24 years
