Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are looking for an innovative Site Engineer who will work as a Project Engineer or Site Engineer to develop and construct a huge range of projects of the physically and naturally built environment from conception through to completion. The Site Engineer should able to know the project status at all times and have the ability to handle project people by Motivation with ensuring output.Workplace-Work at the construction site.
∎ A clear understanding of civil engineering drawing/design, layout plan, site preparation, ground leveling, soil testing, foundation, construction and implementing knowledge on construction projects etc.
∎ To manage construction labor and sub-contractors for civil and other work.
∎ Maintain updated records of construction materials, and delivery information and maintain stock status at site coordination with storekeepers.
∎ Knowledge on supply chain management (SCM) in respect of construction materials, materials requisition, material received report (MRR) as per purchase order (P.O) and challan.
∎ To ensure smooth functioning of respect of site/projects work in progress.
∎ To make Sure all safety measures are followed by both the contractor and his people.To arrange & attend meeting with contractors & site personal to identify the issue to improve the project progress & quality for taking better initiative in all respect.
∎ Evaluating project staffs and contractors from time to time and recommend to HOD (Engineering) about them.
∎ Quality control of construction work, ensuring wastage control during work and stacking materials.
∎ Brief knowledge on all types of finishing works and to be accountable for the successful completion of the project.
∎ To supervise and closely monitor daily quality/timely construction and ensure overall site/project safety and security.
∎ To produce and upkeep the daily/weekly/monthly progress report as per management/superior requirement.
∎ Time to time compare the actual work done against planned and take necessary action to maintain the work schedule of projects.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
