Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise & monitor regular activities of construction site, estimation of budget, prepare & verify bills, report regular progress of work to superior.
∎ Estimate materials as per requirement.
∎ Archiving & maintaining site documents.
∎ Checking of work volume & bills submitted by different contractors.
∎ Follow-up of civil works & safety issues.
∎ Adaptable & able to work under pressure independently.
∎ Check site materials quality & volume.
∎ Project construction schedule, supervision & activity management.
∎ Bill checking as per completed work as per given design & quality.
∎ Excellent verbal & written communications skills, presentation skills & interpersonal skills.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 2 years experience in real estate ,construction project & govt. projects
∎ Knowledge using construction equipment & safety rules.

∎ Negotiable
