  • A Showroom Sales Executive acts as the frontline representative of a company’s products and brand.

  • Executives are responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, understanding customer needs, and guiding them toward suitable products or services.
  • They bridge the gap between marketing and customer satisfaction, ensuring that the showroom reflects the company’s image and values.
  • The position often requires collaboration with inventory, accounts, and marketing teams to maintain smooth operations.

Key Job Responsibilities

Customer Interaction & Service

  • Greet customers warmly and build rapport to understand their requirements.
  • Provide detailed product information, demonstrations, and comparisons.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.

Sales & Conversion

  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets set by management.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close deals effectively.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue.

Showroom Management

  • Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
  • Arrange product displays to highlight promotions and new arrivals.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory teams for replenishment.

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing teams to execute showroom campaigns.
  • Coordinate with logistics for timely product delivery.
  • Support training of junior staff or new hires when required.

Professional Development

  • Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Continuously improve communication and negotiation skills.
