Key Job Responsibilities
Customer Interaction & Service
- Greet customers warmly and build rapport to understand their requirements.
- Provide detailed product information, demonstrations, and comparisons.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Sales & Conversion
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets set by management.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close deals effectively.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue.
Showroom Management
- Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Arrange product displays to highlight promotions and new arrivals.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory teams for replenishment.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing teams to execute showroom campaigns.
- Coordinate with logistics for timely product delivery.
- Support training of junior staff or new hires when required.
Professional Development
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Continuously improve communication and negotiation skills.
