Responsibilities & Context:
∎ MORNING SHIFT: 10 AM - 4 PM
∎ DAY SHIFT: 4 PM - 10PM
∎ TO MANAGE CLEANLINESS AND MAINTAIN PROPER HYGENE THROUGHOUT THE SHOP.
∎ MANAGE & TRAIN SALES TEAM.
∎ OPERATE POINT OF SALES SOFTWARE
∎ CUSTOMER SERVICE: Ensure high standards of customer service, resolve complaints, and foster a welcoming shopping environment.
∎ MANAGE STOCK LEVELS OF PRODUCTS DISPLAYED AND IN STORAGE.
