Job Responsibilities:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area: Face to Face Customer Support
∎ Do not apply if you are from Mirpur, Dhanmondi, Mohammadpur
∎ Candidates living close to Banani will be given preference
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Beauty Salon/Spa, Hotel, Real Estate, Airline
∎ Fluent in English
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication
∎ Work hour 10AM to 6:30PM
∎ Experience will be given preference
∎ Strong personal skills; enjoys working with people and problem solving
∎ Monitor daily accounting works and all accounting functions
∎ Attending client's needs, concerns, complaints and make sure that they are appropriately pursued as per organisation rules and regulation
∎ Operating knowledge of ECR Machine & POS Machine
∎ Possess an excellent work ethic
∎ Employees are required to wear uniforms
∎ Be well presented and enjoy interacting with people
∎ Have a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service
∎ Be able to work on their own as well as part of a team
∎ Offer clients a high level of service while embracing the Company's brand standards
∎ Interact and communicate effectively with clients, members, team members, guests, and management team
