Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Refrigeration and Air-conditioning (RAC).
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervision of all In-Line Process and Defects
∎ Prepare and Maintaining Regular In-Line Report.
∎ Follow up In-Line Testing equipment and trouble shooting.
∎ Provide Training to In-Line QC Inspector as per standard.
∎ Managing all section HRMS related task.
∎ Experienced in Chiller/VRF manufacturing will be highly preferable
∎ Should have familiarity with the behavior of common VRF/Chiller system components, including heat exchangers, compressors, expansion valves, coils, fans, solenoids, etc.
∎ Should have working experience on production/ operation involving heat transfer/fluid dynamics/energy based systems or refrigeration.
∎ To lead or participate in design review and technical coordination meetings.
∎ To develop and implement formal processes to support VRF & Chiller product research & development activities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have technical knowledge about VRF design, installation and commissioning.
∎ Strong basic knowledge about Refrigeration and Air Conditioning system.
∎ Must have good computer and software skill such as word and excel.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Team leading skill.
∎ Ability to multitask on a daily basis.
∎ Capable of disciplining or reprimanding employees when necessary.
∎ Must know to do brazing.
∎ Must know basic mechanical, electrical and electronics design and drawing.
