Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma/ B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To be responsible for efficient and effective shift in charge.
∎ To operate and maintain large volume of Flexible Packaging /Foil Packs.
∎ To carry out overall Production Planning and production coordination of factory.
∎ Taking necessary steps to track and optimize productivity along with maintaining standard.
∎ Monitoring operations and triggering immediate corrective actions.
∎ Ensuring rigorous efforts and coordination among the departments of the production chain.
∎ Resolve technical bottleneck in the floor for smooth production flow to achieve right quality and quantity.
∎ Minimize Wastage in term of quality rejection in order to fulfill order quantity.
∎ Managing cost effective and sustainable operations in the factory.
∎ Making sure that all the requirements of the buyers are met throughout the production chain.
∎ Ensuring that different operational reports have reached top management in time.
∎ Optimum Utilization of Manpower.
∎ Skill development in the floor.
∎ Labor Turnover and absenteeism control as per plan.
∎ Maintain Safe, Compliant and pleasant workplace. Design SOP as per production and customer requirements.

∎ Age 35 to 45 years

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Operation, Production, etc.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Flexible Packaging Industry, Plastic/ Polymer Industry, Design/Printing/Publishing, Manufacturing (FMCG).
∎ Strong leadership and team management skill.
∎ Must have strong strategic thinking and operational acting capability with a demonstrated ability to develop strategies to achieve key business goals.
∎ Demonstrated experience of improvement in plant utilization and staff efficiency.
∎ Creates positive energy and a sense of urgency in others for achieving targeted results by engaging employees in a way that creates a passion for the business.
∎ Believer in people skill enhancement on a continuous basis.
∎ Must be good in developing and executing new systems and process.
∎ Knowledge in manufacturing and structured problem solving tools/techniques to ensure continuous improvement.
∎ Able to work independently and proactively
