∎ Age at least 29 years
∎ Must have a clear understanding of the role & responsibilities associated to provide support for multiple concurrent priorities, develop & maintain effective relationship with service users & colleagues.
∎ Experience in the Aluminium Foil Manufacturing Industry will be given preference
∎ Must be capable of Planning, Design and Implementation of Electrical works
∎ A good knowledge on High or, Medium Voltage design is mandatory.
∎ Sound knowledge on electrical design and its application in projects including but not limited to SLD and BOQ preparation.
∎ Must do Monitoring & Evaluation of vendors, contractors, sub-contractors or any 3rd party.
∎ Must Supervise Installation & Commissioning of Substations and other Electrical & Utility Equipment including Compressors, Gas Generators, etc.
∎ Must carry out Maintenance (schedule & trouble-shooting) of substations and other Electrical & Utility Equipment.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ A Well Renowned Reputed Aluminum Foil & Flexible Packaging Company Ltd. Responsible for efficient management of energy in the division and Provide Technical support to Maintenance / Production And Project
∎ Oversee the electrical aspects of production processes during assigned shifts and to ensure smooth operation of the machinery for achieving given production target.
∎ Collaborate with the production team to ensure efficient & safe operation.
∎ Responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of electrical system.
∎ Troubleshooting electrical issues.
∎ Perform routine maintenance, repair of electrical equipment.
∎ Maintain Inventory record for electrical parts & verify the avialability.
∎ Regularly monitoring & inspection of electrical system including power distribution, control system &equipment’s to ensure they are functioning properly.
∎ Root cause of electrical problems & take necessary action.
∎ Review & understand upcoming shift schedule, including any planned activities or special requirements.
∎ Conduct through shift handovers with the outgoing & incoming shift engineers to communicate important information
