Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1.Plant preventive Maintenance of all electrical equipment and machinery. prepare a diagnostic report for breakdown maintenance, monitor and coordinate electrical maintenance activity.
∎ 2. knowledge troubleshooting PLC siemens & calibration Instrument (4 to 20 mA) Flow meter, Level Transmitter, Pressure transmitter Ultrasonic sensor. Drive (SEW Euro-drive,Sinamics,, Lenze, Omron, Mitsubishi) at Particle Board and MDF production line.
∎ 3. should have thought knowledge about all the operating and control electrical, Automation, Electro-Mechanic of Particle board with related machinery. Supervision of all the running machinery.
∎ 4.should be capable of consulting operation and maintenance for safe operation and troubleshooting.
∎ 5.keep update the top management of any type of electrical issues
∎ 6. Keep update R & D electrical system.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ PLC siemens), HMI, Auto CAD, MS word, MS excel.
