Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial and Production Engineering
∎ M.Sc in Environmental Engineering and Lead Audition Course (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 1400:1) are preferable
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the overall safety of LPG production process and entire plant
∎ Assist to plan and monitor all operational & maintenance activities including bulk loading/uploading, storage tank, pipeline, compressor, pumps, barge, road tankers and Full Fire Fighting System
∎ Prepare safety checklists for all machines and maintain all required safety logs and documentation associated with permits and regularity compliance
∎ Update all required documents of ISO 9001: 2015 & ISO 45001:2018
∎ Responsible for procurement and inventory management of safety materials and equipment
∎ Develop contingency plans for plant safety and ensure readiness of LPG cylinders and bottling equipment
∎ Review accidents and incidents, conduct field audits and taking corrective actions
∎ Conduct SHE training, fire drill, community engagement in emergency situation and build a safety culture and a competent safety team
∎ Conduct monthly safety audit and preparing different safety reports
∎ Identify hazards and taking necessary actions
∎ Ensure that visitors and contractor personnel comply with plants health, safety and environmental requirements
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 32 years
∎ Good knowledge in MS Office
∎ Excellent communication skill in English both written and verbal
∎ Ability to work under pressure,
∎ Adaptability
∎ Enthusiastic and proactive in nature
