Education:
∎ Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or industrial mechanics or similar.
Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial sewing machine service including digital and automated sewing machines.
∎ Good technical knowledge about sewing machine operation, troubleshooting and repair/solution.
∎ Strong technical understanding and analytical thinking skills.
∎ Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, SAP or open and eager to learn.
∎ Highly organized and self-motivated.
∎ Willingness to travel extensively in Bangladesh.
∎ Good written and spoken English skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Execute service assignments anywhere in Bangladesh and perform independent fault analysis, identify root causes and eliminate the causes efficiently and professionally.
∎ Provide customer support on application questions.
∎ Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate orders
∎ Forecast spare parts planning to achieve maximum level of support to the customer by reducing breakdown time.
∎ Designing strategies, procedures and method to ensure on time service to the customers.
∎ Install and commission new machines and equipment at customer sites.
∎ Carry out maintenance and repair work at the customer's facility.
∎ Offer internal and external technical support with a focus on industrial sewing machines.
∎ Prepare and maintain service reports, maintenance logs, and technical documentation.
∎ Train customers and internal staff on machine operation and maintenance.
∎ Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through technical consultation.
∎ Regularly report to the management.
∎ Serve as the technical contact person for our clients.
∎ Office in Dhaka.
∎ Work assignments anywhere in Bangladesh.
