∎ Diploma in Engineering in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Bachelor/Honors in any discipline
∎ Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.
∎ Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.

Requirements:

∎ 3–5 years of experience in service operations, preferably in the electronics/appliances sector.
∎ Proven experience in supervising service teams.
∎ Strong technical knowledge of electronics products (Refrigerators, ACs,.).
∎ Good communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with service management software (e.g., ERP, CRM).
