Job Responsibilities:
∎ Experienced in three wheeler automobile servicing and maintaining customer relationship.
∎ Monitors and controls the performance of the service department using appropriate reports, time stampings and KPI
∎ Prepare Service analysis Report, Lost Customer Identification (LCI) & Retention program reports, Performance indicator report, service package development and performance report etc.
∎ Maintains high-quality service repairs and minimizes comebacks. Conducts periodic checks of completed jobs for thoroughness and quality.
∎ Ensures that all customers are greeted promptly and given fair estimates on costs and time required for repairs and maintenance
∎ Working with service team closely to ensure the jobs are being done on time and support technicians with their diagnosis
∎ Manage workshop floor for proper service & ensuring timely delivery
∎ Maintain monthly service record and escalate the report to higher management
∎ Maintain service processes & help customers for a smooth handover
∎ Coordinate with technicians about vehicle status and ensure that vehicle is ready to deliver on time
∎ Greeting customers, Vehicle receive, Note Down concerns, create job card.
∎ Handles customer complaints immediately and according to dealership's guidelines
∎ Communicate with clients about vehicle problems, Diagnosis, delivery and warranty issues (If applicable)
∎ Maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure repeat and return customers

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

∎ Applicants from three wheeler Automobile Industry will get preference.
∎ Experience of leading a Operations.
∎ Experience of three wheeler automobile (diesel engine) servicing
∎ Proper reporting skill to the management.
∎ Implementing successful strategies Plan.
∎ Creative, strong organizational skills and self-motivation, with the ability to work independently.
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
∎ Leadership management.
∎ Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
