Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ B.Sc in EEE) / Telecommunication -Preferable
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handset replacement (warranty) process monitoring, validation and check whether replacement is done according to the company policy from Service Center/Plaza/Distributor Network.
∎ Coordination with sales and service team to ensure smooth replacement/return process and complete the procedure on time.
∎ Replacement cost analysis, competitor's process analysis, report generation and communication with concern team.
∎ Regular Service point/Market visit and oversee the customer feedback on replacement issues.
∎ Regular handset returns (distributor adjustment) and replacement reporting to the Authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Analytical Skill, Communication skill (English & Bangla),
∎ Expertise on using MS Excel,
∎ Detail oriented
Salary: Negotiable
