Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible of after sales service issues raised in social media / online platforms.
∎ Develops simple and easy way to understand frameworks and formats to present information and ideas.
∎ Resolves problems quickly and effectively using creativity and innovation.
∎ Listen to customer needs.
∎ Track trends and monitor competition.
∎ Work for brand values.
∎ Searching for new and helpful marketing tools.
∎ Define strategic service marketing plans.
∎ Search engine optimization (SEO).
∎ Managing the design and production of promotional materials, such as Websites, Apps and Brochures.
∎ Writing and delivering content and social media plans.
∎ Advertising Service Marketing automation, CRM and lead nurturing.
∎ Negotiating and liaising with third-party marketing agencies.
∎ Referral service marketing, analytics and reporting establishment of corporate social responsibility.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ General knowledge about refrigerator, coolers & freezers.
∎ Customer handling.
∎ Good analytical & reporting skill.
