Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Maintenance and Repair Work
∎ 1.1 Supervise all types of maintenance work for heavy construction equipment such as Crane, Trailer, Excavator, Wheel loader, etc.
∎ 1.2 Plan and improve maintenance procedures in order to assure optimum performance of the machinery
∎ 1.3 Arrange repair for machinery in an efficient way to solve problems fast with least resources
∎ 2. Parts Control
∎ 2.1 Plan and execute spare parts purchase from local and abroad
∎ 2.2 Maintain sufficient stock for regular servicing and repair and assure timely and precise parts dispatch
∎ 2.3 Take inventory periodically to avoid theft and loss
∎ 2.4 Prepare budget of repairing and maintenance regularly
∎ 2.5 Offer professional advice on parts selection and fitting to technicians and clients
∎ 3. Team Leading
∎ 3.1 Plan and maintain work systems, procedures and policies that enable and encourage the optimum performance of the service team members and other resources within the company
∎ 3.2 Take responsibility for all results of the team, therefore take actions when any of the team members can neither perform up to the standard nor take the instructions or the guidance
∎ 3.3 Conduct training for technicians and operators regularly
∎ 4. Client Management
∎ 4.1 Visit the construction site/offices frequently to meet clients or observe/instruct/evaluate the operators/technicians
∎ 4.2 Maintain close customer relations and high satisfaction for development of the business
∎ 5. Other Tasks
∎ 5.1 Maintain thorough records and written reports of daily work
∎ 5.2 Machinery rental related support work
∎ 5.3 Submit reports on team performance and improvement suggestions
∎ 5.4 Fulfil other duties and jobs as assigned by superior

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent command in written and spoken English
∎ At least 3 Years Experience

∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive approach is essential.
∎ Strong networking ability and negotiation skills.
∎ Ability to work under target oriented stressful situations.
∎ Ability to work in stressful outdoor working environments.
∎ Result Oriented Team Work.
∎ The manager shall be proactive, self-sustained, hard working, honest and responsible.
∎ The manager shall bear in mind that service work is not time-fixed office work, sometimes it requires instant actions even out of duty time due to unexpected machinery malfunctions or other emergencies.
∎ Must have sound & strong knowledge in maintenance work & servicing i.e. fault finding of machine, generator, Blower, motor, compressor etc.

Salary: Negotiable
