Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage the service calendar effectively.
∎ Schedule service appointments and allocate technicians based on expertise, availability, and job requirements.
∎ Communicate clearly with clients, arrange appointments, update service, and ensure online entry.
∎ Act as a liaison between customers and service teams.
∎ Maintain accurate records of service requests, provide parts demand, service online entry, and customer interactions.
∎ Ensure all service documentation is completed correctly and promptly.
∎ Assist in diagnosing service issues and coordinating resolutions.
∎ Ensure quick, effective resolution of customer complaints to guarantee satisfaction.
∎ Work closely with Service, Sales, and Customer Support teams to facilitate seamless service delivery.
∎ Deliver professional, responsive service by handling customer calls, responding to emails, and addressing concerns 24/7.
∎ Monitor the quality of services provided.
∎ Gather and analyze customer feedback to suggest and implement improvements.
∎ Identify inefficiencies in current service processes and recommend/implement enhancements to improve productivity and customer satisfaction.
∎ Help maximize the service department’s revenue through promoting Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) and on-call service charges.
