Job Context:
∎ Artisan Craft (BD) Ltd, a Bangladeshi Venture came up to deal with industrial Temperature. We are the pioneer & Country leading cooling tower & Chiller manufacturer in Bangladesh since 2010. Also we are the market leader of Industrial Fan Manufacturing. All of our Products are researched & developed by our R&D Team and with proper mathematical modeling, simulation and prototype testing. ALSO WE ARE NATIVE!! In our lineup we also produce Marine Propellers. If you are courageous enough to take challenges of ARTISAN CRAFT, then we are looking for you!
∎ Provisional Period: 06 Months

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Knowing our Product, Customers, own Strengths and Competitors/Industry.
∎ Managing team members, bridging with technicians and advisors to ensure service objectives and customer Satisfaction aligning with the organizational goals.
∎ Upgradation for adopting with the best practices in industrial service, product installation, commissioning and after sales services.
∎ Generating Business Lead, Taking care of Existing customers, and working with silent Customers & Competition's Users.
∎ Collaboration with other departments and get the job done with in the promised timeline.
∎ Drive for upholding Industry regulations, restrictions, and laws, and ensures service department to adhere all compliances.
∎ Regular audit works are being performed and customer service being provided to censuring all standards, services are carried out effectively, correctly, and thoroughly.
∎ Performing inspections, preparing regular reports, and doing maintenance/repair works accordingly

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Soft Skills: Loyalty to Organization, Self-Starter, Patience Hearing, Hardworking, Customer Centric Attitude, Meeting Deadline, Creative in Problem-Solving

Salary: Negotiable
