Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Automobile or Mechannical Engineering
∎ An MBA degree will be an added advantage

Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Automobile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the Service & Spare Parts Team.
∎ Communicate with customers with regarding after sales queries.
∎ Monitor service quality and ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Order spare parts and monitor spare parts stock.
∎ Communicate with principle for all matters related to service and spare parts.
∎ Provide training to new service engineers and technicians.
∎ Develop and implement plans for service centers as and when needed.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience of working with Japanese/British/German automobiles.
∎ Sound knowledge of modern vehicle technologies.
∎ Very good communication skills. Will be required to travel overseas for training purposes.
∎ Skilled in MS Office packages.

Salary: Tk. 75000 - 95000 (Monthly)
