∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CCNA, Cisco, Dell Certified persons will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • To troubleshoot and repair Laptop, Desktop, Monitor, Printer & Other IT Products
∎ • To check & perform warranty/replacement procedure of retailer & corporate customers
∎ • To learn service policy of different brand and provide service accordingly
∎ • To perform service bill & make daily report required by company
∎ • Able to maintain ERP log of repair data
∎ • Ensure the performance, quality and responsiveness of service items
∎ • Collaborate with team to ensure proper service of products
∎ • Identify the actual malfunction and make solution within short time
∎ • Applicant must be a team player
∎ • Should excellent interpersonal communication skill
∎ • Maintain relationship with clients
∎ • Perform any other tasks assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Applicant should be experienced in relevant field
∎ Dell, HP, Cisco or other vendor certification is highly preferred
∎ Must have patience & competence to work under pressure
∎ Willing to work extended hours and work on holidays
∎ Must be computer literate and able to produce different analytical report and statements independently.
