Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from any reputed University

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for providing necessary support to the customer with their vehicle.
∎ Follow existing company process to receive customers for servicing and repairing works efficiently and provide a high level of customer's service.
∎ Meet customers at the reception, accept repair request, prefer pre inspection, check the trouble that the customer indicates, including a road test if necessary and convey the details to customers accurately.
∎ During the time of car delivery to customers- perform "Final Inspection" by signing quality inspection stamp and provide advice on the future servicing to secure customer satisfaction through quotation or observation note.
∎ Perform towards Zero customer complaints and "Zero" "Repeat Job"
∎ Service Engineers needs to manage their own group and monitor technicians available hours
∎ Ensure targeted vehicle incoming as per budget and follow Up Estimate
∎ Achieve defined & agreed 'Target' as per budget
∎ Maintain and improve the knowledge on information on servicing skills through training or public relations, participate in training courses when requested
∎ Conduct knowledge sharing sessions with the technicians in order to provide better quality services

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Automobile Sector, ERP
∎ Should have very good communication skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Must have Driving License
