Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical/Electrical, Diploma in Electrical Engineering .

Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a Service Support Engineer Hiring both Mechanical & Electrical orientation in regard to installation and after sales service ,at customer with proven technical and management skills.
∎ Work place - Work at customers Factory and at office as per need based .

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Installation of Blow room and carding machine.
∎ To install new machines by establishing, adjusting, calibrating and testing performance.
∎ Maintenance of machines by completing preventive maintenance schedules, conducting tests and troubleshooting and repairing identified malfunctions.
∎ Work with experienced Filed engineer on basic troubleshooting and ensure repair needs on designated equipment.
∎ Effectively communicate and must have the ability to closely perform with teammates and colleagues.
∎ Should be capable to effectively communicate with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up, ultimately leading to customer satisfaction.
∎ Coordinate with the customer and recommend value-added services that will ensure the customer run business more effectively.
∎ Maintains suppliers inventory by checking stock, anticipating needs, placing and expediting orders and ensure receipt.
∎ Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and evaluating latest trend.
∎ Keep internal service records in a timely manner, ordering repair parts and managing cycle times.
∎ Maintain safe and healthy working environment by conducting safety test .

Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants having experience in Mechanical/ Electrical in any reputed spinning Mills will get preference
∎ Reading & writing skill on English Language /Chinese Language will be treated as extra ability
