If you have a professional engineering degree from any renowned university of Bangladesh, fluency in both Bangla and English Languages, and a passion for providing exceptional IT support, we encourage you to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure smooth daily dealer operations of service.
∎ Communicate with head office team & quality assurance team regarding product quality, warranty claims, critical operations, service marketing activities, and daily service activities.
∎ Work on continuous product development and overcome major critical failure.
∎ Maintain communication & relations with local technicians, dealers, and other agents to know the market situation and analyze similar industry activities.
∎ Ensure service at customer's doorsteps.
