Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc /Diploma Engineering in Electrical from a reputed institute.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Visit customers and provide maintenance & repair works on a timely basis.
∎ Manage and handle customer complaints for better service to customers.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction by providing services on time.
∎ Maintaining a daily active logbook
∎ Understanding customer needs
∎ Preparing and submitting service report
∎ Providing technical direction to a responsible team
∎ Completing preventive maintenance or scheduled maintenance
∎ Communicating with customers by phone call, email, WhatsApp, etc
∎ Commissioning, troubleshooting, servicing, and calibration of Material Handling products.
∎ Planning and Coordination of Sales activities.
∎ Should have a strong sense of responsibility, motivation, and ability to work under challenges.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Computer Literacy: Sound in MS office, Excel, PowerPoint.
∎ Fluency in both written and spoken English.
