Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ We are looking for Service Engineer who have a strong understanding of different kind of Medical Devices and lab items.
∎ Lab Line is a sister concern of New Vision Medisystem. Lab Line provides world class diagnostic facilities which ensure accurate test results and excellent customer services. We started our journey with a commitment to improve diagnostic performance and enhance satisfaction of patients, physicians and all other stakeholders.
∎ Service and promote LAB LINE to potential clients/ customers.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understand customer requirements, collect information from customers and provide technical solutions and support.
∎ Deal directly with clients over telephone or face to face at client premises if needed.
∎ Both oral and written communication skills are vital to relaying important information, training new staff members, and communicating about solutions to complex problems.
∎ Keep interdepartmental communication to sync sales, operation, and technical team.
∎ Follow up new customer commissioning issues from start to end process.
∎ A self-starter able to work independently but comfortable working in a team environment.
∎ Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ "Can Do" mentality and "No fear of loss" personality.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Medical Devices Like
∎ Bio Chemistry, Hematology, Electrolyte, Immunology, Urine, ELISA, ESR, Coagulation Analyzer and lab equipment etc.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Private Clinics, Hospitals, Diagnostic Centers, Chamber, NGO
∎ Should have experience in Hospitals, Clinics, Diagnostic Centers, etc.
∎ Priority will be given to candidates with experience in medical device services.
∎ Must be flexible to working hours.
∎ Need to travel frequently as per service demand and for product promotion.
∎ Skills Required: Customer Relation, Marketing Sales, Positive mindset for fieldwork, Strong communication skills, Strong Convincing Negotiation Skills.
