Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible to provide customer service.
∎ Resolve malfunctions or other crises when arise.
∎ An analytical mind and strong problem-solving ability.
∎ Writing reports and presenting findings to Managers and Supervisors on a regular basis.
∎ Communicating with clients, engineers, and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively.
∎ CRM (Customer relationship management) software handling.
∎ Provide feedback to improve product design and functionality.
∎ Stay updated on product developments and technological advancements.
∎ Implement best practices for service delivery.
∎ Prepare service reports and document any changes made during the servicing process.
∎ Maintain detailed records of service activities, including installation, maintenance, and repairs.
