∎ Graduate in Electrical / Electronics Engineering. A Diploma holder with good skill sets also can be considered

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Taking up the responsibility to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Flexible Packaging Converting Machines, vacuum metalizers in particular.
∎ Installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of Flexible Packaging converting machines, particularly vacuum metalizers.
∎ Respond to customers' complaints and inquiries. Maintain good relations with the customers thru regular contact.
∎ Provide support to the customers in an efficient and timely manner. Be prepared for travel at short notice.
∎ Prepare elaborate field service reports in English.
∎ Update and store all service documents, files, manuals, installation software, user guide, etc. in a secure manner.
∎ Report to the top management regularly on work progress.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ 8-10 years of experience in Industrial Automation Products like Drives, PLC, SCADA from a Siemens systems house. Knowledge on PLC /Drives of Schneider will be an added advantage. Preferably working in the flexible packaging industry either with a flexible packaging manufacturer or a machinery OEM as a Service Engineer.
∎ Should be presentable. Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bangla. Having a customer-centric attitude and flexibility regarding extensive travel is desired.
