Job Responsibilities:
∎ Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
∎ Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
∎ Replace parts as required
∎ Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
∎ Follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system
∎ Respond within agreed time limits to call-outs
∎ Prioritize and manage many open cases at one time
∎ Rapidly establish a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, such as software developers
∎ Test and evaluate new technology
∎ Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
∎ Receive all the calls with proper greetings and manners.
∎ Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experienced in Computer networking & hardware, Computer software development, Software & hardware engineering
∎ Fluent in oral and written both in English and Bengali
∎ The ability to think logically
∎ Problem solving skills
∎ Strong customer focus
∎ Ability to prioritize workload
∎ Attention to detail
