∎ Diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to Troubleshoot & Installation of related product like Brand Online UPS, AVR, IPS, Security and surveillance product, Computer accessories.
∎ To ensure customer support both indoor & outdoor within lowest possible time.
∎ Handover the Defected spare parts to the International/Local Claim Section & follow up for the replacement.
∎ Maintain Service Register
∎ To provide report (Daily, Weekly & Monthly) To RMA Manager.
∎ Update & store all service documents / file I manual / installation software / user guide & others if necessary.
∎ Keep knowledge of all new models of products & ensure spares in advance.
∎ Protect service center from product missing & mishandling of office equipment.
∎ Good co-operation with other colleagues to ensure maximum output.
∎ Everyday contact with RMA Manager.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: Able to Online UPS, AVR, IPS Hardware troubleshooting
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Electrical & Electronic Engineering
