Dell Service Process
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicate clearly and precisely with customers in written and verbal form, and maintain accurate and timely records in case tracking into the system.
∎ To troubleshoot and repair Dell Laptop, Desktop, Monitor, Printer.
∎ To check & perform Dell warranty/replacement procedure of retailer & corporate customers
∎ Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to navigate challenging situations in a professional manner.
∎ Ensure the performance, quality and responsiveness of service items
∎ Collaborate with Dell Support team to ensure proper service of products
∎ Identify the actual malfunction and make solution with discuss Dell Tech Support Team.
∎ Work with members of the team and other departments/teams to resolve product issues
∎ Fluent in English languages ( written and speaking ).
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the Team Leader.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Applicant should be experienced in Dell service process
∎ You have Microsoft, Cisco or other vendor certification you will get priority.
∎ Must have patience & competence to work under pressure
∎ Willing to work extended hours and work on holidays
∎ Certified Dell 1000 Client Foundation; Dell 2000 Printers 2018 You will get priority.
∎ Certified Dell 2000 Client 2020; Dell 2000 Wyse Thin Client You will get priority.
∎ Understand, interpret, reproduce, and diagnose customer problems. Perform Root cause Analysis.
∎ Must be computer literate and able to produce different analytical report and statements independently.
