∎ Diploma in Electric Engineering with good computer knowledge.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Technical troubleshooting, Service and repairs.
∎ Installation & Commissioning.
∎ Provide technical support to external customers at their location.
∎ Provide training to the valued customer s.
∎ Create and maintain service information in the company enterprise database.
∎ Timely complete and submit all required paperwork.
∎ Professionally handle field service calls and issues arising from the field.
∎ Communicate with the customer to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective action.
∎ Willing to work sales/Marketing related task also.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ready to work under pressure.
∎ Willing to work anywhere in the country.
∎ Candidates with 1/2 year experience will be given preference.
∎ Should be smart ,dynamic and proactive.
∎ Well-organized, Co-operative and good team play with pleasant personality.

Salary: Tk. 10000 - 12000 (Monthly)
