∎ Installation, maintenance, and repair: Service engineers install, maintain, and repair equipment.
∎ Troubleshooting: Service engineers diagnose technical issues and troubleshoot problems. They respond promptly and professionally to customer issues.
∎ Customer support: Service engineers provide technical and customer support for the equipment they work on. They use active listening skills to understand customer concerns
